This system covers many problems associated with trocar migration. The Kii handle with its balloon that does not fragment and is latex free gives superior abdominal retention in comparison to other handles and guarantees minimal penetration of the trocar in operation area.
The retention disc slides downward to keep the handle´s position in the abdomen, securing the trocar in its place and virtually eliminating involuntary displacement or forward migration.
